Under The Eastern Sky is a student-led initiative which began with the goal of exploring the unexplored East Asia, in addition to South East Asia as well as the Pacific Islands.
India has a lot in common with it's Eastern neighbourhood. Yet both are stereotyped a lot in their respective societies. We wish to break these stereotypes by connecting the youth of both the regions through virtual interactions and potential use of digital media.
Our organization is laid on the basis of diversity, inclusiveness, authenticity and multicultural interactions and these are also our end goals. Whatever we do is done keeping in mind the sentiments of the people we are working with and catering to.
